Make everyday Count!

After trying so many times on my own to drop the weight I finally reached out for help. Help to not just lose the extra 50lbs I was carrying around but to break bad habits, re-train my way of thinking about food. I was struggling in so many ways and releasing the weight released so much more that I was holding onto.
